About Me
I come from a Computer Science background having completed my MSc in Computer Science from St. Xavier’s College in Kolkata. Subsequently, I pursued my Master in Management course from the world’s oldest business school, ESCP Business School, where I studied in campuses in Paris, Madrid and Berlin. My professional journey has always followed 2 parallel pathways :
1) Teaching and training – I have acquired extensive experience in the domains of teaching, training and coaching. My classes and courses have always received highly positive feedback and I derive a sense of satisfaction from students orsometimes their guardians informing me that I have made a positive long term impact for them.
2) Software Developer – I have provided software development, software maintenance, SEO, SEM and related services to a wide range of clients. I have taken on projects of varying sizes and have worked with clients of all sizes ranging from startups looking to get off the ground to old, established companies with several hundred employees.
I am also a professional chess player and coach. I have won multiple intenational tournaments, represented West Bengal, and was the captain of my University team. I was the recipient of a scholarship for promising sportspersons from the West Bengal government. I was the coach of the St. Xavier’s University chess team from 2017 to 2019.

Teaching and Training
I am offering courses and individual classes in the field of computer science and software development such as – programming fundamentals, web development, database management, data structures, machine learning, school/college exam courses, programming language courses like C/Java/Python/SQL, blog building, cryptography, etc.

Listed below are a few of my notable projects across different fields.
Online Content Management System for Technico India Pvt. Ltd
I developed an online content management system for Technico India Pvt. Ltd. The project helped the company digitize their workflow and transfer and maintain most of their workflow online.
Aptech Gariahat website and digital marketing
I conceptualized, created and for several years maintained the Aptech Gariahat website. I also set up the institute’s online presence and was responsible for its SEO, SEM and SMM. I developed for the institute one of the most fluid and functional IT infrastructure among Kolkata training institutes.
Primary mobile developer for Tutor Bugle
I was the primary full stack developer for the start-up, Tutor Bugle. The company’s product was a mobile application to promote communication and content sharing between teachers/tutors and their students
Pikachu Programming Language
I developed this esoteric programming language which uses only 3 syntax elements – pi, pika and pikachu. It has since gained a fair amount of popularity within programming circles and is one of my most fun products.
AndroMart – A mobile app developer
I developed several Android applications for the Google Play Store under the brand name, AndroMart. The apps were games or utility tools, the most successful of which received over 40,000 downloads with an average rating of 4.7/5.0.
Customized Course Creation at Aptech Gariahat
In order to attract new students to the institute, I led an initiative to create, market and provide a wide portfolio of customized courses tailored to the specific requirements of our target demographic.
